Dr. Mailafia is a Career Economist, Banker and International Development Specialist with over 25 years’ experience. He has served the Federal Government of Nigeria in different capacities, he served as a Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, he was a Special Adviser to the President on Economic and Policy Matters and was a Member of the Economic Management Team headed by the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. He was an Official of the African Development Bank Group. He has been a Non-Executive Director at Nigerian Breweries Plc since December 5, 2014.

An obstetrician-gynaecologist by training, Mairo Mandara works with the bill and Melinda Gates foundation’s Nigerian partners to help improve the lives of the country’s poorest people. Before joining the foundation, she served as a senior country advisor to Nigeria for the David and Lucile Packard Foundation and as the Nigeria-based health systems advisor for the Earth Institute at Columbia University.

Bennie Agro Ltd which began actively as a corporate entity in 2016, is a machine design, fabrication & innovation company that manufactures agric machines & tools, food processing machines and offers metalwork services. Bennie Agro was awarded SME of the year 2018 by the National MSME awards hosted by the office of the vice President of Nigeria.

Rislanuddeen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Bayero University, Kano (1985) and an M.Sc. in the same discipline from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (1991). He is currently undergoing a program for a Doctorate Degree in Economics at the Bayero University, Kano.

After a stint in the Budget & Economic Planning Directorate of the Kano State Government, he started his banking career in 1993, rising to the become the Acting Managing Director of Tropical Commercial Bank in 2005. Rislanuddeen was appointed Executive Director of Unity Bank Plc. on April 17, 2009, serving in various capacities before becoming the bank’s Acting Managing Director/ CEO in August 2013.

Over the years, Rislanudeen has sharpened his skills and competences by attending courses locally and internationally. He is an alumnus of three prestigious Business Schools – Harvard, London and Lagos Business Schools and holds the professional memberships of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN); the Nigerian Institute of Management Consultants; and the Nigeria Economic Society, where he is a Life Member. Rislanudeen is also a Fellow of the Association of Enterprise Risk Management Professionals. Rt. Honourable Stanley Marshall Uwom is a four time commissioner and currently deputy speaker of the rivers State house of Assembly. He holds a Bachelor of laws degree from the rivers state university, a post graduate diploma in petroleum and environmental law from the same university, an M.sc degree in corporate governanc from the Leeds Beckett University in the United Kingdom. He has been actively involved in public service for well over a decade.
